At Moontime Plants, we're on a mission to bring a touch of green joy to every home. That's why we only ship plants that will arrive happy, healthy, and ready to thrive.

The Lowdown: What's Covered, What's Not

Healthy Plants Guaranteed: We ensure all plants will arrive in healthy condition if ordered properly. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't meet our high standards (and it's not due to cold weather), we'll replace it or give you a full refund.
Cold Weather Care: During the chilly months, we require customers to add a heat pack to orders headed to cold climates. A heat pack is necessary to keep your plants safe from cold damage. For your convenience, we offer heat packs for purchase with your order. Unfortunately, we can't offer replacements or refunds without one.

Refunds and Replacements: The Details

Refunds: Your plant's health is our priority. If you receive an unhealthy plant, we will work with you to make it right. Refunds will be made via the payment method only and will take 10-15 business days. We're a small but mighty team, so bear with us - we'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.
How to Claim: If you have any issues with your plant, please email us within 24 hours of receipt with a picture of the plant, the packaging and your order number at moontimeplantscustomerservice@gmail.com. We're here to help and will work to resolve the issue promptly so you can get back to enjoying your plant.
The Fine Print: One replacement order per customer. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during transit, including those caused by extreme weather conditions per our cold weather care requirements, neglect, or unforeseen acts of nature. Each living plant is unique, varying in size, color, and shape.
