If you would like us to send the gift card directly to the recipient, please check the box marked "I want to send this as a gift" below to add a recipient, and we will send the gift card to the email address you supply. 

If you would like to deliver the gift card yourself, please do not check the box, and we will email the gift card to you, and you can print it at home.
